How to return a product to us
ONLINE ONLY Return Policy
At The Uniform Outlet, our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the ship date. Understandably, we cannot accept returns on items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags attached and labels as shipped. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
In order to process your return or exchange, please fill out the form that comes enclosed in your shipment. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return.
